At Griffith Camera House we want our customers to be completely satisfied with the quality of our prints and other photo gift products.
We recommend you immediately inspect any products that we deliver to you or that you collect from Griffith Camera House, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the products, including that the products are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our prints and other photo gift products, you should contact our Support Team within 14 days of receiving or collecting your order. We can be reached on 02 69642689 or via our email at sales@griffithcamerahouse.com.
Once you have contacted us and we have identified the cause of the problem, we will let you know the options available. Where the problem has occurred in the production of your order we will arrange to either replace the product free of charge or refund the price to you. Please note that in some circumstances you may be required to return the item to us, at our expense, so that we can assess the item before we agree to a replacement or refund.
We recommend you carefully preview any orders before purchase as we cannot normally cancel or adjust orders due to their personalised nature, and we do not normally provide refunds where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere.
This Refunds Policy does not apply to Photo Gifts Returns in the following circumstances:
All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Submitting any tangible or intangible materials like film, print(s), slide(s), negative(s) movie (s) or digital file(s)/media or other materials to for developing, processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by YOU that any damages or loss by Griffith Camera House, even though due to negligence or other fault by Griffith Camera House, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film, print(s), or media, and processing.
Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print(s), slide(s), negative(s) or digital file(s)/media or other materials is WITHOUT OTHER WARRANTY OR LIABILITY, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. No expressed or implied warranty is provided.
